Job summary
We are a well-established Furniture company based in the UK looking for a Mid-level Multirole Product Designer cum Interior Designer with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Home Furniture Design, Theme based custom Design, Giftware, and Decor Design.
Technical skills
- Create/visualize an idea and make a sketch by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD), 3DS Max, Sketchup with knowledge of photoshop illustrator.
- Plan and develop ranges (colours, styles and pattern)
- Make the designs of the products in consultation with the category/ brand manager and show various options
- Ensure the product is consistent with market trends as well as relates to market demands, company image, and business strategy.
- Ensure brand/category clarity and parity to ensure consistency of brands/category across businesses.
- Provide recommendations regarding seasonal themes, colour trends, new concepts, etc.
- Provide insights regarding style and fit of the product.
- Complete tasks within the specified deadlines.
Software skills:
- Skilled in AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
