Blacklane is looking for a superstar* Fleet Operations Specialist* to join our growing team in Dubai.

Your challenge will be to monitor, document and optimize the dispatching process for Blacklane’s fleet. You will track the incoming bookings and ensure that our partners’ schedules are properly optimized according to the business objectives. You will suggest changes and modifications to existing schedules to ensure that you minimize the vehicle-downtime and maximize the asset yield. Quality and safety come first in everything that we do, and you will be responsible first-hand for ensuring that our clients are served in the best and most efficient manner.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Control Service. Ensure our ground transportation services run smoothly on a daily basis by monitoring Driver App milestones and priority client bookings.
• Dispatch Chauffeurs. Assign chauffeurs from our partner network to open booking requests, striving for a 100% fulfillment rate.
• Optimize. You will consider all available assets, and aim to optimize each one in line with business objectives.
• Build Relationships. You’ll interact mostly with our partners/chauffeurs, and at times with guests via phone and email, resolving queries in real-time while building strong relationships and earning trust.
• Troubleshoot Proactively. Find solutions to urgent needs that arise due to new requests or unexpected scenarios (i.e. flight delays, car breakdowns, etc.)
• Delight Customers. Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals, aiming to leave our customers and chauffeurs with a smile.
• Follow Through on Resolutions. Follow up on customer issues to the point of resolution, keeping guests updated as needed.
• Give Actionable Feedback. Provide consistent, constructive feedback on customer and chauffeur satisfaction as well as processes.
• Administrative Tasks. Handle internal housekeeping such as documenting individual queries.
• You will interact mostly with our partners/chauffeurs/guests and internal stakeholders at times, working to resolve queries in connection to live service that is provided in real time, while maintaining relationships and building trust.

ABOUT YOU:

• You are currently based in the UAE.
• You have experience with fleet management and dispatching in real-time.
• You have 4+ years relevant work experience in a similar business environment.
• You’re passionate about quality, professionalism, and understand the value of delivering a high-quality service.
• You fully understand the elements needed to deliver a luxury service as well as bringing peace of mind to the most discerning customers.
• You’re passionate about EV’s, sustainability and the future of mobility.
