  • Cleaning the office before the start of the day

  • Welcoming visitors with a professional attitude

  • Preparing coffee & tea for staff & visitors

  • Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.

  • Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption

  • Assisting office staff as requested
