• Managing scheduling tasks such as confirming appointments, booking travel arrangements, and arranging meetings with clients • Coordinating meeting logistics including reserving rooms and arranging catering services • Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other requests from clients or partners to keep them satisfied and informed • Providing administrative support for events such as meetings, conferences, and conventions by making reservations for venues, catering services, and entertainment • Coordinating administrative services such as purchasing office supplies and arranging travel arrangements for the executive’s business trips • Managing daily office operations by greeting visitors, answering phones, managing filing systems, etc. • Managing the executive’s calendar and setting up meetings with clients or colleagues using online scheduling software • Providing support for accounting functions such as keeping track of receipts and disbursements for taxes • Processing expense reports and invoices for reimbursement by maintaining records of expenses incurred by the Executive

Requirements

• Chinese Speaker or national • Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage • Must have 2 years of experience and proven work as an executive assistant to the CEO. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. • Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives. • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software;
