THE ROLE:
Execute his/her duties in accordance with instructions received from the Agency management on the sales and marketing data management, which may change from time to time.
Be responsible to the Sales & Marketing for the effective analysis of agency performance on all services in comparison to the market movements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sales and Marketing Officer , your commitments are;
Main Activities:
Timely compilation of the weekly Import / Export statistics through Lara/ C report/QLIKSENSE/CTS as well as manual compilations.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, as advised.
Compilation of customer and service wise performance through various reports as per the requirements of the Commercial Manager .
Other data management duties as directed by Agency management
Mantain weekly export import and x trade loadings
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, as advised.
Compilation of sales KPIS trade wise
Compilation of customer and service wise performance through various reports as per the requirements of the Commercial Manager .
Comparison of sales volumes vs finance dept volumes to check discrepency.
Other duties as directed by Agency management
Compilationj of markets stats via Qliksense and CTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE:
Must have:
Graduate (3 years regular course ) Any bachelor degree or Equivalent University Degree
Must have atleast 3 years of Industry experience in similar capacity and should have knowledge of the end to end process of Shipping sales.
Strong Analytical skills & ability to communicate data in user friendly way.
Advance Level working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Excellent Communication and organisational skills
Previous experience within Shipping or logistics is essential.
Global container market trades and trends experience desirable
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent time management and prioritising skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of competition activities in the market
