As a tele sales team leader, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new tele sales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.

Responsibilities

· Overseeing a group of employees and motivating them to do their job efficiently.

· Responsible for leading a team of salespeople and must be able to motivate and inspire them to reach their sales targets.

· Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions both to clients as well as team members.

· Suggesting and cross selling products and services to clients and thereby giving all the necessary information that they require.

· Process orders & sending quotations.

· Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Team.

· Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery

· Customer satisfaction & maintaining rapport with the client for future business.

Qualifications & Eligibility

· 5 years experience in BPO / Tele-calling / Tele Marketing / Tele Sales / Customer Service. 3/4 years team handling more than 5 members.

· Time-management skills

· Problem-solving & Leadership skills

· Development of new strategies

· Attributes of a team player, and having experience in training and development

· Patient, persuasive and persistent

· Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)

· Excellent customer service skills
