AZCB Real Estate Hiring for HR Executive cum Secretary Job at Dubai Full Time

• Implement interviewing technique and develop fair HR policies.
• Design compensation and benefit packages, managing employee leaves, loans, air tickets and hotel booking
• Employee onboarding and separation formalities
• Administer daily HR operations
• Will take care on the minutes of the meeting
• Responsible for Stationeries and Kitchen Supplies
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
• Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
• Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issues

Requirements:

• Willing to relocate in Dubai
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive / Executive Office
• Minimum 1 experience in similar position
• Well versed with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in UAE labour law
• Can process visas independently
• Solid English written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidate should be immediately available to join
