Product Specialist – Hardware, Tools & Consumables
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Job Description
As a Product Specialist, the incumbent will be required to contribute in the following ways:
- Accountable for all sales and marketing initiatives across the above mentioned category
- Product management (customer segmentation, product positioning, pricing, brand management & sales)
- Work with the Trade Marketing division and sales heads and drive the category’s advertising, sales promotion, merchandising and localized marketing strategies to expand the customer base and sales turnover
- Developing relations with distributors and coordinating with them for business development. Contribute in sales for the category/ Product Range by bringing in own experience & Network and expand product footprint and also guide the existing sales team in increasing the sales revenue by introducing the new category or Hardware Product range in the available existing network. (Interfacing with Sales Team to acquire new business opportunities & clients by handling inquiries and ensuring complete satisfaction)
- Distribution Management:
- * Building distribution network with reliable dealers & stockiest; appointing them in non-performing areas, developing infrastructure for new channels and optimising their performance levels
- * Developing & maintaining financially strong & reliable dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration to meet business needs
- Product Demonstration to Traders/ dealers / distributers etc.
Experience – Must have atleast min 7 -10 years of Hardware, Powertools, consummables experience.
Must have experience of Product ranges of brands – Makita, Bosch, Dewalt, Stanley Black & Decker, Hilti, Clarke etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Product Specialist: 5 years (Preferred)
- Harware Tools and Consumerables Sector: 5 years (Preferred)
