About The Role

The Executive Assistant, Rooms is responsible to perform a variety of duties and responsibilities including providing technical and administrative support to the Vice President, Rooms.

Assignments may include compiling and analyzing data, coordinating multiple concurrent activities and interacting with individuals as well as groups at different levels in the organization.

In addition, discreet handling of all confidential matters and documents related to the Company and responsible departments.

About You

Must have 5 – 6 years’ experience in a similar role and hospitality experience is preferred. Minimum intermediate skills in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You must be able to multitask, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Must be organized and detailed and fluent on the Policies & Procedures of the Company. Most importantly, must be able to create and build good working relationships with internal and external customer
