Position: Team Leader – IT Recruitment
Our global IT recruitment company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our IT recruitment division in our new Offices in Dubai. As a leader with our company, you will oversee a team of recruiters, attracting and identifying top talent in the IT industry and supporting some of the World’s largest organisations throughout the EMEA Region.
Responsibilities:
– Lead, manage and motivate a team of IT recruitment consultants to achieve sales and revenue targets and support team success
– Drive and improve team performance through performance management, coaching, training and development of recruitment consultants to maximise productivity, revenue and service excellence
– Develop and deliver against annual business plans, budgets and targets, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives
– Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures and best practices in all areas of recruitment activity, including candidate management, sourcing, screening, assessment, and selection procedures
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and expand the client base to achieve business objectives and maximise sales
– Identify and implement operational improvements, ensuring consistently high levels of quality, professionalism and customer service
– Manage resource allocation, scheduling, workload balancing to ensure effective delivery against SLAs and targets
– Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs, metrics, and other performance indicators to senior management
– Take actions to mitigate and manage risk and ensure team compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
– Experience of leading and managing a team of recruitment consultants
– 5+ years experience of IT recruitment in a fast-paced agency environment
– Proven success in achieving sales and revenue targets
– Excellent organisational and time management skills
– Strong business acumen and results orientation
– Ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
– Familiarity with leading-edge recruiting technology and tools
– Availability to travel as needed
