1 year HR Internship – Vacancy open for Emirati Nationals only

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Update and audit HR Personnel Files for proper documentation.
• Assist in preparation and/or review of Employment Contracts.
• Assist with training and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Update training and learning database.
• Support with activities related to company intranet and policies repository.
• Coordinate new hire orientations.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Participate in organizing company events.
• Participate in HR initiatives or projects from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
• Proficient level in English language
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team.
• Precise and detail oriented.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous internship in corporate environment is advantageous.
