APS Resources Hiring for Head of Branch (Global Coal Sales) Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a Head of Branch for a new Dubai office of an international coal mining company.

Responsibilities:

– Building processes in a foreign trade company in Dubai, UAE (newly opened).

– Organization of the work of the International Trading House, its structure and effective interaction with the Head Office and Group companies.

– Formation and development of a legal and financial structure, interaction with banks in Dubai and other jurisdictions, development of logistics and financial instruments, organization of sales and contract implementation, organization of a marketing service (Asia-Pacific region), office administration.

– Building an effective team.

Requirements:

– Higher education;

– 3 years+ work experience on managerial positions at a Head of Branch/Department level (foreign economic activity);

– Legal and financial expertise in UAE 3+ years;

– 5+ years of experience in building admin and internal processes;

– Experience of working with international cross-functional teams;

– Knowledge of English is required (fluent spoken and written);

– Ability to organize, set and control tasks in different functions;

– Ability to optimize processes to obtain the best result;

– Ability to manage financial performance;

– Excellent skills in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, developed logical thinking;

– Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment;

– Proactivity, high level of self-organization.

Nice-to-Haves

– MBA degree;

– knowledge of Chinese and/or Russian will be advantage.
