D - esign and expansion of Own Last Mile deliveries across the Top cities at UAE and KSA
W - ork on projects related to planning processes and speed enhancement initiatives. Works on creating future capabilities with product, analytics and supply leads (Warehouse/First Mile/ Last Mile) to bring customer service goodness
O - ptimize Delivery network by working with cross functional Business and Supply Chain stakeholder basis a periodic cadence to ensure seamless demand, warehouse, inventory and last mile delivery planning to deliver best customer service within targeted service levels
E - nsure that each aspect of Operations is measured and that core KPIs are met or exceeded.
R - esponsible for expanding logistics and customer service infrastructure across countries and channels.
W - ork with Finance & courier partners to manage end to end invoicing
