Job Description
The main responsibility is to make sure that a company’s sales targets are being met in a satisfactory way. This role is a point of the communication between the customers, Sales team, Finance and Supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales order (SO) creation in Aurora/Pre-order
- SO sending to DC for the picking
- SO packing and dispatch planning with DC/Customer/Sales team
- Shipping documents preparation support
- Constant planning/communication with DC, Sales/Finance/Marketing
- Customer payment tracking
- Short/damage/excess managing
- Returns management
- Regulation compliance
Reports:
- Export tracker
- Stock Report
Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management
- Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- The ability to work efficiently in a team environment or on own
- Understanding of each of the major Incoterms
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or any relevant field
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with fluency in written and spoken English
- Presently in UAE
- Background or experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
