Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office B Assistant to join our team. As an Office B Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the office, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and providing support to the staff as needed.
Responsibilities:
Keep the office area clean and well-maintained
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness of common areas
Assist in preparing and serving refreshments to staff and guests
Handle basic office errands such as delivering doents and making photocopies
Assist with sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing doents
Perform general office tasks such as setting up meeting rooms and arranging equipment
Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
Candidate Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving office supplies
