Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Speciali Generalist. As an HR professional, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
Coordinate and deliver employee training and development initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Candidate Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
