Job Description:
Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? Do you enjoy assisting customers in finding the perfect rental car for their needs? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and reservations for rental cars via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide detailed information about our fleet of rental cars, rental policies, and additional services.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable rental car based on their preferences and requirements.
Process rental car bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Coordinate with the rental car maintenance team to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pickup.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely manner.
Ensure all rental transactions are conducted following company policies and guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized rental office and lobby area.
Collaborate with the rental car team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the car rental industry.
Knowledge of various car makes and models to assist customers in choosing the right rental car.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using rental management software and computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
