An Income Auditor for Conrad Dubai reviews, analyzes, and recommends improvements to the daily financial reports and process to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What will I be doing?

As Income Auditor for Conrad Dubai, you will monitor all transactions as they contribute to or detract hotel revenue. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Knowledge of business law, federal, state, and local taxes, as well as Department of Labour regulations
• Knowledge of insurance, employee benefits, claims and liability
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate effectively
• Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Leadership and organizational skills (team orientation, flexible, adaptable)
• Knowledge of various computer programs, such as Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of basic accounting
• Mathematical skills and abilities necessary to perform mathematical calculations
• Office machines: operate calculator/10-key by touch, copier, fax, telephone
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry objects weighing a maximum of 50 pounds
• Possession of excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• 4year college degree preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in Finance field preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in direct supervision and management preferred
• Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates
• Reliable
• Is able to organize and work cohesively with others

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous Accounts/Finance experience in a high volume department, preferably within a hotel environment
• Experience with the PeopleSoft system
