Job summary
Amazon Web Services seeks a passionate, results-oriented Commercial Program Manager to support our international expansion planning and implementation in EMEA.

You will work key details with internal sales leaders and functional teams (e.g., legal, tax, facilities, finance, human resources) to develop our international expansion priorities, business cases for new entities, and carefully monitor the implementation steps over the first year of a country entry.

Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:

• Define go to market plans (annually) for a specific country, to include business activities (e.g., direct, reseller, training) and marketing entities or sellers of record (e.g., local sales office).
• Develop business cases for net new marketing entities.
• Organize local teams to catalog and begin working off the top blockers to successful sales and marketing.
• Direct in country working groups and manage status with sales team on our progress in a country.
• Direct sales and business expansion teams on expansion roadmap and efforts in flight to support sales and business development opportunities.
• Organize launch planning efforts for new offices or AWS Regions or other local infrastructure.
• Support business mission trips globally (25% travel expected).
• Develop and monitor the business metrics of the expansion efforts.
• Support ad-hoc expansion projects and business development efforts.
