ABOUT THE JOB
The purpose of the Sales Operations Executive role is to provide sales support to our front-line Sales teams to achieve sales objectives. The Sales Operations Executive is the key conduit between sales and order fulfilment working to align customer and sales planning processes with order fulfilment activities to ensure optimal delivery to our customers.
Sales executives are expected to provide clear, concise and appropriate communication with customers and within Fonterra taking ownership of the customer promise. The role demands attention to detail and compliance to process to enable handover of the ‘perfect order’ to be submitted to the New Zealand Logistics Network Order Fulfilment team to execute delivery. The Sales Operations Executive must role model compliance to standard work practices and operating systems.
