As a people manager, you will report into our General Manager MENAT, International Expansion. You will use your strong management skills and 10+ years’ experience selling digital advertising solutions to the Fortune 500 C-Level to attract, hire and retain a top sales team that will grow and scale the revenues locale. You will be employing your dual strategic / tactical approach, you will determine short and long-range revenue plans per property, vertical, account, territory, and Account Executive with a focus on increasing the team’s overall sales performance.
With your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships, deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, and well-honed management style, you will lead a team of Account Executives, and grow into managing multiple managers and a broader set of Account Executives, all of whom are charged with building strategic relationships with advertisers nationwide.
You will be responsible for developing and managing key internal partnerships within Amazon, in addition to hitting your category’s revenue targets while partnering with agencies to continuously ideate and deliver advertising products that meet our clients’ needs. As a member of our elite sales organization you will benefit from having direct access to the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.
Our ideal candidate will have an extensive breadth of sales experience, preferably within the digital space. A consultative strategic selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to build trust in a new business environment.
