• Primary responsibility will be to develop and implement group wide
• Marketing strategy in line with company objectives
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Responsible for the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
• Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
• Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels
• Develop and implement detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
• Responsible for creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, business cards and other marketing-related
• projects
• Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
• Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure results, responsible for brand management and corporate identity
• Send nominations for various award functions relevant and beneficiary to the company
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
• Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
• Any other task as requested reasonably by the management

Requirements

• Proficient in Research, Analysis, Advance reporting tools, High quality presentations.
• Should exhibit Creativity, Adaptability, Leadership, People Management, Detail-Orientated, Budgeting, Organization, Multi-Tasking
• Candidates from the ITC industry preferred.
