Responsibilities:

Position: Sales Manager
Responsible for promoting and selling Sages products and services. Should be more of a
consultant, and will require establishing contact, identifying and developing relationships with
prospects; generating leads, recommending and discovering the needs and suggesting
solutions for potential clients.
Should have a thorough knowledge with an academic bent, to demonstrate product features,
ability to negotiate, and close sales.
As an educational consultant, work to maintain relationships with clients by providing support,
information, and guidance about the bouquet of offerings from Sage.
So the main responsibilities would include the following, apart from proactive building of sales.
Reaching out to existing schools in the database and adding new schools to the existing
database, check for which product is required at schools set up meetings and present the
appropriate product for the school.
Ensure high utilization of our educational offerings in schools in the region & schedule
meetings, resolve any issues school has by coordinating with other teams and support visits to
schools in the region.
Conduct Orientation Meetings in the assigned schools, orienting teachers and/or parents on the
products.
Responsible for collecting and acting upon feedback from all stakeholders (students, teachers)
Good to have: UAE Driving Licence, Knowledge of Schools/places in Dubai/UAE
Important to have:

iii)Collaborative communication skills,
iv) Quick response to changing situations,
v) Time Management,
vi) MS Word and Powerpoint skills.

Experience Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years preferably in the education industry.
