We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Market Analyst and Zoho System Manager. This role requires an understanding of the Dubai and DAFZA mobile market, along with expertise in market analysis and Zoho system management. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, exhibit strong critical thinking abilities, and have fluency in English and Urdu, with proficiency in Arabic and French considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

1) Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis of the Dubai and DAFZA mobile market.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks.
• Generate reports and present findings to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform business strategies.

2) Zoho System Management:

• Manage and maintain the Zoho system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and system functionality.
• Customize Zoho modules and workflows to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Skills

• Proven experience in market analysis, preferably in the Dubai and DAFZA mobile market.
• Familiarity with the mobile industry, market trends, and competitor analysis.
