We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Hardware and Warehouse Staff. As a staff, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in our warehouse facility, ensuring the smooth operation of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and unloading shipments, both manually and using forklifts or other machinery, while following proper safety protocols.
Organise and maintain inventory within the warehouse, including labelling, shelving, and stock rotation.
Prepare orders for shipment by verifying accuracy, inspecting products for damages, and packing them appropriately.
Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
