Overview of the role:

To ensure an optimum level of spare parts inventory at all times and achieve the targeted turnaround time, parts availability and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• To review order quantities generated by the system and ensures accurate orders on principals and other suppliers to achieve healthy stock turn.
• To guide the Parts Advisors in processing the urgent (VOR) orders and have effective controls to maintain healthy ratio of urgent orders to stock orders.
• To review all branch stocks and to recall slow-moving and unconsumed parts to the Central Warehouse to maintain Lean Inventory
• To continuously monitor and ensure orders to the principal and suppliers are within the stipulated time.
• Lead the monthly and annual physical parts inventory of all B&P locations
• To implement effective mechanisms for the replenishment of parts to ensure out of stock position.
• To plan and finalize initial parts order for new models & ensure availability during new product launches.
• Responsible for the central inventory of OES and green parts .
• Ensure month to month parts revenue per order and margin is within budget.
• Work with Pricing team on parts pricing and maintenance in system .
• To provide budget inputs for ordering and pricing structure to form the consolidated budget of parts operation and make the stock available to achieve the agreed budget.
• Collaborate with different departments and explore ways to enhance the system to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Conduct regular field visits and follow up with assigned branches to ensure the sustainment of all process.

Required skills to be successful:

• Understanding of Parts Sales, Pricing and Supply Chain model

• Parts classifications for Automotive

• Accessory, Lube and Oil business model

• Report and Presentation preparation

About The Team

The role will report to Head of Body and Paint. You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with both internal and external customers.

What Equips You For The Role

• University Graduate/Diploma in Automobile

• 5- 7 years relevant experience in the Automotive Parts Industry

• Leadership abilities, a self-starter, relationship management.
