We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator preferably with Real Estate experience, to provide the necessary support to the sales/leasing team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Coordinate sales/leasing team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Inventory updates and NOCs. Ensure that the NOC and Agency Agreements terms are properly explained to the sales/leasing team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 or more years of experience in sales/leasing.
• Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Helping the sales/leasing team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales/Leasing Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales/leasing representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, and arranging viewing schedules and marketing events.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales and leasing queries are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales/leasing records and prepare reports.
• Training sales/leasing staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.
• Making the company’s services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
• Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

• Assigning properties and quotas to company sales/leasing staff.
• Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
