Job Responsibilities:
– Will be working with the engineering team to design and draft architectural plans.
– Shall be creating 3D models of structures.
– Will be involved in producing architectural renders of spaces, rooms, buildings, and other structures.
– Will plan and develop video animations and walk-throughs for spaces and construction methodologies.
– Will be involved in capturing and editing certain video material.
Job Requirements:
– 5 years of experience as an architect in the construction field.
– Age: below 30 years of age.
– Male candidates only.
– Presentation skills is a must.
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
– Working knowledge in applications – AutoCAD, 3DS Max, V-ray, Lumion, Adobe After Effects (or equivalent), Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent).
– Should understand the basics of construction design.
– Should understand basis of material sciences.
– Familiar with local laws and authority regulations within the UAE (preferred).
– UAE Driving License (preferred).
– Currently available in UAE.
– Candidate will have to demonstrate their work.
