Adecco is currently recruiting for 2 Sales Executive for our client, a large landscaping business in Dubai.

The primary function of the successful candidate is to oversee all aspects of the sales of the business. You will be serving and meeting customer needs whilst servicing existing and new clients.

This role is for a permanent placement based in Dubai. On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known local company with an international supplier base, who offer variety, exciting projects and variation.

Job Summary: You will be a well-seasoned Sales Executive who is a self-driven go-getter who develops sales strategies to obtain the companies goals. You will have at least 5-7 years sales experience of working in the horticulture, gardening and landscaping business. You will need an understanding of the requirements of Dubai’s climates when it comes to products and quality. You will be confident and customer focused to deliver an exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create new sales opportunities

• Liaise with current customers to obtain orders and grow accounts.

• Confidently communicate to various levels of customers to obtain sales targets.

• Detail focused to maintain reports and activity functions, follow up and deliver competitive price lists and market information.

• Ensure timely communication with all parties.

• Investigating and resolving any complaints, preparing reports and make recommendations.

• Working as a team to reach the goals

• Maintaining an up to database.

The Successful Applicant must have:

• Degree Qualification in Sales/Marketing or Business

• Have experience of landscaping and planting products within the GCC

• Confident communicator with good negotiation skills verbally and written.

• Excellent Computer skills

• Critical thinking ability to think outside the box and be solution focused.

• Resilience & Motivation to succeed in Sales,
