Job Title: PMO Analyst
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months Extendable
Experience Level: 5- 7 Years
The objective of this role is to establish visibility, controls, Governance, efficiencies towards financial management across project / programs by appropriately capturing, maintaining and timely reporting to concerned stakeholders on predefined periodic intervals.

• Investment Financial Management:
  
  • Investment Financial due diligence and Setup in Clarity / ERP
  • On going recon and due diligence with internal ERP (Finance) database
  • Ensure all relevant financial information is captured and maintained

• Process Management:
  
  • Own the processes and ensure SOP’s are clearly articulated and defined in terms of financial management towards projects financials and capitalization activities
  • Liaise with Finance Team and internal Project stakeholders to ensure processes / SOP’s are agreed and aligned

• Project Capitalization:
  
  • Ensure completed projects are advised for capitalization as per the agreed SLA’s with Finance.
  • Ensure Monthly Project & Resource Capitalization Financial reports are run, reviewed and circulated to relevant stakeholders in the Bank.

• Improved Collaboration: Interdepartmental Collaboration, Structured sharing of information with Finance, Technology Portfolio Leads, Domain / Service Owners and Sr. Mgmt. Team.
• Reporting & Analytics: End to End management reporting for EXCO, STEERCO and other relevant stakeholders’ groups across the Bank.
• Process Improvements: Identify gaps in existing financial reporting capabilities & process and enhance processes enabling data capturing capabilities across cross functional tools & processes.
