JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have prior experience as a IT Coordinator working with (HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role)
Must be familiar with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Must have good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Must have experience in implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Must have experience in managing employees grievances & monitor HR departments budget.
