- Observe management staffs are following SOP as per standard (Restaurant Manager, BOH Operation Manager, Chef De Cuisine);
- Notify Operation Manager for violation of restaurant manager / BOH operation manager / Chef De Cuisine through email for the three repeated incidents.
- Submit a detailed report to Operation Manager after third incident. A copy of the report can submit to HR with permission of Operation Manager. Further action will be taken by Operation Manager.
- Observe restaurant staffs are following SOP as per standard.
- Notify restaurant manager for violation of any staffs including supervisors for both FOH & BOH for first three repeated incidents. The notification can be sent by email / submit directly report (in formal report sheet).
- Follow-up with managers for action against violation report which may be a verbal/ written warning, penalty, retraining, briefing and/or consultation. Action against violators will be decided by the management only.
- Monitor staffs against repeating same violation and reminder to restaurant manager and forward to Operation Manager.
- SOP Training for new employee with assistant of supervisors and/or manager (if required).
- SOP refreshment training as per schedule.
- Updating SOP;
- Keep note of information, which need to be updated / revised in SOP.
- Discuss with higher manager for the points that to be updated / revised in the SOP.
- Notify branch managers through internal memo for SOP update information and make sure it has circulated to all employees.

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
