Role Purpose:
As the Change Manager, he/she will be responsible for rolling out new changes within countries. He/she will always strive to improve the rollout and change approach to make efficient in achieving the 1ERP SAP S/4HANA implementation targeted effects in close collaboration with PMOs, PMs, and other key stakeholders. The Change Manager will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the change effort and must make sure reaches the targeted effects in accordance with the change plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of the 1ERP Change Manager Lead
• Deploy new and change existing features in operating countries according to roll-out plan from key stakeholders
• Responsible for synchronizing roadmaps with countries and OpCos to ensure strong operational and organizational readiness within markets when rolling out SAP S/4HANA
• Develop a thorough understanding of technical and processes related issues and act on them during the rollout
• Enable continuous improvement during rollouts, and ensure learnings are documented and shared with other teams After rollout or change of an OpCo or country, ensure comprehensive and consistent handover to the owner who takes on end-to-end responsibility
• Maintain a deep understanding of specific OpCo/country requirements needed to adapt to the overall 1ERP change management activities

Key Required Skill Sets:

• 5+ years in management role and/or 3+ years’ experience in HR functions
• Technical know-how of SAP S/4HANA is a must; experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation is preferred
• Ability to identify and manage stakeholders with differing change needs
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver change programs and initiatives to ensure smooth transition
• Ability to identify interdependencies within OpCos and create awareness and understanding around it.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all types of stakeholder groups, both internal and external spread across multiple geographies
