Adecco is currently recruiting for an Architect for our client, a reputable real estate and construction company. The primary function of the successful candidate would be to lead a number of a large commercial and residential projects. You will be a team player who is looking for a long-term opportunity.

This job posting is for a permanent placement based in Dubai. On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known company, who offer variety, progression, and exciting projects within a high achieving culture.

Job Summary: You will be a versatile solutions focused project manager, comfortable managing a number of different projects and to deliver these on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the management team on new and current projects.

• To drive project teams for project delivery.

• To understand the design process and to offer solutions.

• Excellent communicator with all internal and external stakeholders.

• To be self-driven and confident to work independently.

The Successful Applicant must have:

• Degree Qualification or above in Architecture

• Experience in Residential and Commercial Projects up to 150m AED

• Arabic speaking with good working knowledge of English.

• Confident in AutoCAD and Sketchup.

• 6-7 years site hand experience managing drawings, materials, snagging etc. in a similar role.

• Desire to be a Design Partner
