Job description

The role will report directly to the operations manager and be required to facilitate and support the day-to-day administration of the operations, providing, and implementing the various Logistical and Administration functions of the company in support of the services supplied to the company’s clients.

Key Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

• Administration
• Translation
• Online typing
• Working with government and other entities to facilitate work and provide information relative to operations.
• Manage logistics

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience as an Operations/Logistical and Administration clerk or similar roles within the UAE.
• Experience in using CRM or Operations Systems
• Computer skills in a Microsoft windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrable skills in database management and record keeping
• Excellent Arabic oral and written communication skills a must.
• English oral and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of UAE employment laws and practices.
• Manage the processes in relation to visa-related documentation, including but not limited to employment visas, medicals, labour cards and contracts, residence visas, Emirates ID’s.
• Take full responsibility for updating the Visa & Immigration database to track and follow up ongoing activities.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for the PRO and Administration department and monitor to ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
• Manage messengers and their schedules.
• General document control.

Salary will be based on your experience, knowledge, and education as well as per the job grade. Please note this is considered an entry level position.
