We are looking for an experienced Senior Housekeeper to join our team.

In this position You will be responsible for managing your workload, with a focus onensuringa strict daily cleaning scheduleis followed, ensuring maintain a clean hygienic environment,whilst upholding a high levelof cleanliness. You will be responsible for organizing and keeping a client wardrobe in excellent condition so you must be detail oriented and have similar experience. It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude and excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork! You must have experience working in a similar position. You will have a keen eye for detail and good knowledge of hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities:

· Understand the policies of their employer concerning work shifts, client possessions, and privacy

· Create a welcoming environment for our clients and guests by ensuring homes are clean and cared for

· Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks

· Oversee staff daily, mentor and support new and existing Housekeepers and perform regular inspections of cleaned areas by Housekeepers

· Check rooms and common areas, washrooms, and lounge areas, for cleanliness

· Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence

· Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards

· Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job

· Respond to client complaints and special requests at all times

· Organizing wardrobe

· Perform housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the windows, scouring bathrooms, changing sheets and towels, managing laundry, and keeping the place neat

· Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves

· Maintain a tracker for the same.

· Participate in deep cleaning projects as and when required

· Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

· Clean, disinfect and store all cleaning equipment at the end of their shift

· Correspond regularly with your house manager and team members

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

· Very good communication skills in English

· Strong experience in a similar position

· Experience in organizing and keeping neat the wardrobe

· Excellent knowledge of cleaning appliances, and cleaning and disinfecting agents

· Strong attention to details

· Time management skill

· Ability to work with minimum supervision

Nice To Have:

A minimum of 5 years of Experience working in a VVIP private house is a big plus
