Responsibilities for Accounts Assistant
· Making entries in Quickbook software.
· Filling documents for VAT and assisting with filling with FTA.
· Maintaining company and owner documents.
· Filling of bank documents in designated files.
· Filling Customer documents in their respective files.
· Coordinating with clients over call and email.
· Follow up calls of recovery of receivables.
· Assisting Corporate Performance Auditor to the board which may include scheduling meetings, coordinating with suppliers, obtaining quotations etc.
· Other task may be added later based on the additional soft skills the selected candidate will have
*Candidate should be aware that his/her working hours can be changed if required by company.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounts
· Preferably 2 years min experience within UAE. Hospitality, Real estate or developer background would be preferred however now mandatory.
· MS office skill.
· Quickbooks knowledge even basic level.
· 1 additional soft skill.
· Driving license would be a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
