IFFCO Hiring for Head-Finance (Procurement) Job at Dubai Full Time

Job Summary

To lead and co-ordinate all financial plans through direct and indirect materials impact on P&L; Lead in the preparation of targets for the business; By being a bridge between Procurement and the business, the full P&L responsibility in driving financial performance including RM/PM, SC, marketing and Business services materials with around AED 3,2 bn over 60 business units to sustain business profitability both top and bottom line.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with the Procurement team to understand end to end cost management via Procurement scope.
• Drive the material forecast process for the IFFCO universe.
• Understand the drivers of material impact for the cluster and work with Procurement
• Provide a clear signal of materials markets to the business
• Understand impacts from key material movements to guide business decision making
• Lead Procurement performance management agenda
• Lead process improvement initiatives for the global forecasting process
• Bring in external insight into material cost analysis
• Lead the savings programmes along with category finance to make sure all growth opportunities of materials and services cost is captured.
• Translate commercial benefits of procurement into P&L impact via support of category finance teams
• Bring structure and transparency for procurement target/KPI settings aligned with bottom-line growth ambitions of the business
• Regular updates of the budget forecast and the governance of commodity items to ensure the necessary actions taken by relevant functions to close the risks on P&L through materials and service impact
• Take jointly owned savings targets by procurement, R&D, SC, and category leadership team via savings programme (savings workshops, competitors materials benchmark, cash optimization programmes via payments and materials stock management)
• Propose and challenge mitigation plans, advice on pricing actions based on external commodity outlook
• Drive material &services KPIs for IFFCO (gross margin and operating margin) and highlight interventions required for business & category finance

KPIs

Work experience requirement

Minimum 10-12 years in total work experinece and minimum 5-7 years of financial experience in Supply Chain and Procurement, preferably in the FMCG sector
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to respond under pressure
Ability and drive to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional team.

Qualification

University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a Chartered Accountant
