As Front Office Receptionist, we rely on you to:
Conducts the guest check-in/check-out procedures

Manage the day to day front desk operation

Provide a friendly and hospitable welcome to our guests

Responds to all manners of inquiries regarding hotel facilities and room features

Coordinate with various departments to ensure guests requirements are met

We are looking for someone who:
Loves interacting with guests

Communicates with fluency in English

Loves to be creative with an eye for detail

Has a can-do attitude

Enjoys working as part of a team

Has strong interpersonal skills

Has knowledge of OPERA system
