Overall support in developing and improving all ecommerce and procurement transactions.
A. E-COMMERCE
a. Ensure that turnaround time from customer order to delivery are met at the fastest time.
b. Attend to customer enquiries related to online purchases, delivery and complaints.
c. Coordinate with courier companies/stores/suppliers for any order confirmation and delivery.
d. Update the stock, available sizes, prices and offers if required or if found with any Orion mismatch.
B. PROCUREMENT COORDINATION
1. ORDER MANAGEMENT AND FULFILLMENT
a. Keep track of daily orders with a view to quickly fulfill and dispatch orders.
b. Assist in the stock requisition of articles from various stores locations towards reserving and booking the items.
c. Assist in the item inspection, packing and preparation of shipping documents and AWBs for the online orders.
d. Update dispatch details and records in system as per defined procedures to keep order status up to date.
2. SALES AND DATA ANALYSIS
a. Create database of sales reports – daily, monthly and yearly to monitor sales growth and trend strategizing role and dealing with planning, administration and general stock issues, which include the day-to-day handling and overseeing stocks
b. Review figures of sales reports and forecasting them for preceding month and/or year;
c. Create comprehensive sales analysis reports depicting customer acceptance/feedback;
d. Prepare and summarizes various reports relevant to e-commerce operations
