Job summary:

Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

Job Description:

• Participate in a creative, collaborative team, tasked with implementing cloud accounting system and associated add-on’s for various business data collection, workflow and authorization management.
• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management to create budgets, targets and track key performance indicators.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports, forecasts and develops strategies to increase return on investment and profitability.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, bank reconciliations, and other reports.
• Review budgets, investigate variances, approving expenses, and ensures that billings are issued to clients and payments collected.
• Creating and submitting reports and tax returns.
• Develop and deliver presentations to support Business cases, expenditure proposals, and decisions.
• Liaise with Business heads and other keys management.
• Coordinate the handling of freight, logistics.
• Monitor and take inventory on periodic basis to compile orders based on requirements
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Prepares the Letters of credit (L/C) application form provided by the bank and revises, checks and reconciles LC’s Bills received from the bank with the relevant LC Number and details of actual shipment effected, then submit a report to Treasury Department for verification.
• Proper’s maintenance and systematic filing of letters of credit, shipping documents, bills (BC and LC), and insurance documents.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration-Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant.
• Fluent in English (Talking & Writing).
• Expert in Using the Tally system.
• Expert in Preparing Financial Income Statement, Balance Sheet for the company.
• Expert in Preparing Profit & Loss for the company.
• Good Accounting Knowledge.
