Position Title: Commercial Assistant – Shipping Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading freight shipment brokerage firms for cars handling all kinds of vintage, racing, luxury vehicles based in Dubai Job Description: ? Initiate commercial quotations to clients ? Communicate with customers on updates, feedback, status of orders, upcoming items, and real time shipment information from suppliers and vendors ? Maintain a monthly fright rate sheet with all major destinations for quick access of Sales ? Handling Inbound shipments and inter WH transfers ? Support operations by preparing a cost budget report and accurate monthly reports regarding Forwarder/Warehouse challenges with recommendations

Requirements
Qualifications: ? 45 years old and below ? At least 3 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics/Freight/Luxury Cars Shipping,etc. ? Must have some kind of any transport experience to understand the job ? Should have knowledge on GCC Customs regulations ? Immediately joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
