Job Responsibility:
· Respond to all booking inquiries, and prompt bookings, Manage online booking channels.
· Ensure property listings are accurate and follow up on booking payment settlement with Finance Manager
· Liaise with agents and maximise booking revenues, and achieve occupancy and ADR targets.
· Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones, react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.
· Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service
· Coordinate with Technical Manager, Asset Manager, and General Manager on all relevant issues
· Direct, coach, and manage involved staff to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to
meeting and escorting guests to their properties
· Knowing how to handle the emergency procedure.
· Handling of guests’ request and complains; taking ownership of guests’ feedback. Correspond with guests and handle the complaint if possible.

Candidate qualifications:
Can display strong local knowledge of the real estate market and/or hospitality and hotels sector
Strong but friendly personality that can deal with high pressure and high expectations.
Self-motivated individual that can devise solutions, and improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Highly developed communication skills, including verbal and written, as well as reporting and presentation skills.
Remuneration:
Basic Salary AED 5,000 to 5,500/-
Includes good commission (performance based).
