Job Description: Salesman in the UAE
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesman to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Having a valid UAE driver’s license will put you in a good position, and you should have prior work experience within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present products and services to customers, addressing their needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
2. Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the sales team to share information, strategies, and best practices.
• Participate in sales meetings, discussions, and training sessions.
• Provide support to team members as needed to achieve collective goals.
3. Order Management:
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that orders are correctly entered into the system and communicated to relevant departments for fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
4. Deliveries:
• Conduct product deliveries to customers as required.
• Ensure that products are delivered in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions.
5. Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Generate regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
• Previous work experience in a sales role within the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Valid UAE driver’s license (bonus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in using relevant software applications and tools.
• Fluency in English, Hindi (knowing Arabic will allow us to have deep consideration)
• A high level of professionalism and integrity.
