Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and Operations Executive to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals each year.
Sales Operations responsibilities include building pitches and doents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals.
* Must have experience in oil and gas industry.
* Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
* Create and maintain clear and accurate operations doen for reference purposes.
* Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
* Responsible for carrying out a company’s logistics strategy and making sure that the appropriate staffing, organization and supply procedures are in place.
* Maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
* Doentation for shipping, work orders, and purchase orders.
* Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
* Arabic speaking is a plus.
* Driving license is a plus.
