We are looking for friendly and customer-focused Waite to join our team. As a Wait, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your warm personality, efficient service, and attention to customer needs will contribute to the success of our restaurant and the satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:

-Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
-Seat guests and present menus, offering suggestions and recommendations when needed.
-Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the system promptly.
-Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
-Ensure all special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
-Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
-Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals.
-Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.
-Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth meal service.
-Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up and breaking down tables.
-Follow restaurant policies and procedures for service standards and customer interactions.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Wait or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
-Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent communication and listening abilities.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Professional and well-groomed appearance.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and the ability to make menu recommendations.
-Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
