You Will
What you will do.
Take initial face to face briefings from clients and start the initial planning.
Develop a work schedule based on specific client requirements for events, identifying all resources required.
Communicate specific show requirements to all departments within graphics and brief Design & production according to resources needed.
Keep communicating with the event assistant for exhibitor graphics/TP artwork, proofing and approval. Chase the exhibitor for approval if necessary and kept up to date all the graphics status in the teamwork /clarity.
Communicate signage requirements with the account manager. Prepare signage costs, delivery plan and signage proofs to share with the account manager/client for approval. Also communicate with the production team and onsite supervisor for the delivery plan for signage.
All the signage proofs to be shared through GES connect for approval. Provide GES connect training to the client if required.
Supply a costing program to clients listing all items and budgets.
Ensure all schedules and graphics files are kept up to date and accessible on server.
Strong leadership skills to drive Finance team performance.
Submit month end financial deadlines for current shows ensuring all P/O’s and invoices have been completed within timelines.
Keep strong communication with Graphics design team and production department, to keep updated with deadline/schedule changes.
Drive continues improvements in quality, productivity and health & safety in house and onsite.
Ensure all deadlines are met for proofing design concepts and sign off process.
Give guidance and support to installation teams on site.
Ensure all projects are quoted in line with contracted prices and agreed rate cards for internal departments.
Maintain and help to grow organiser opportunities and shows pushing for incremental business and retention of existing business.
Ensure GES Graphics provides outstanding customer service to its customers.
Flexibility in respect of being asked to undertake a number of different skills or tasks at any time at a number of different times or locations.
Represent the Company, as appropriate, in a professional manner. Keep abreast of industry trends and events.
Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position under the direction of the Head of client services/General Manager.
Hours of work
A 37.5 hour week working Monday to Friday
