What is the role?

The Pricing Manager will play a crucial role managing dynamic pricing strategies for our short-term rental properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing market trends and competition, identifying pricing opportunities, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring pricing optimization for our properties. As the Pricing Manager, you will work closely with the business development, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure that our pricing strategies align with our business goals and deliver maximum returns.

What do you bring to the table?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience in pricing or revenue management in the hospitality industry, preferably in short-term rentals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis and modelling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with pricing tools and revenue management systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Passion for travel and the hospitality industry
