Assistant Manager – Retail
Job Location : UAE
Requirements :
• Assistant Manager shall be responsible for sales and collection targets in the given territory for retail outlets.
• Should have experience in handling Company Showrooms and their staff in United Arab Emirates.
• Should have worked with products like mattresses, bed frames, bed accessories, or home appliances.
• Should be a graduate with man-management skills.
• Should have at least 10 years experience in managing a retail showroom and thereafter supervising a group of showrooms.
• Should have the ability to conduct training programs, identifying new locations for Company Showrooms, designing promotional campaigns, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills and attention to details.
• Should be good with numbers and shall be able to provide suggestions on increasing business.
• Good English (written & verbal), Arabic is a plus.
