The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations. We are looking for an Operations Specialist who shares Amazon’s passion for the customer-someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.
In this role you will be responsible for working closely with sellers, seller support, customer service, sales, 3P carriers to identify delivery and fulfillment issues faced by sellers and work with them to alleviate their acute / short terms issues. You will also partner with product management teams as well to identify long term delivery and fulfillment features and programs to improve the seller and customer experience on the Amazon platform.
Role and Responsibilities
. Monitor operations performance and work with other teams (3P Carriers, Customer Service, Seller Support, Product, Operations ) to address performance issues and ensure metrics are within goals.
. Work with operational teams to solve seller reported issues
. Monitor and drive seller impacting operational tickets to resolution
. Gather and analyze seller contacts and seller feedback to come up with seller experience improvement suggestions and work with Product Manager for solution
. Consistently achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards.
. Participate in ad hoc projects/assignments as necessary.
Key job responsibilities

. Should be open to work on Friday/Saturday or extended hours (will be compensated as overtime)
. The Job nature will require visits to Sellers warehouses and delivery stations as part of any required Investigation and working from Office at same time.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field 2+ years of professional experience in business process operations or comparable position
1-Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills
2-Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner
3-Passion for innovation, automation and operational excellence
4-Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
5-Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions
6-Experience with performance metrics and process improvements
7-Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
8- SQL is a plus and preferable.
9- Arabic Speaker
Preferred Qualifications :
Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment.
Experience in process streamlining & automation of processes to drive improvements & efficiency
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Experience in either of Investigations/Payments/Security or Banking domain.
